Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is an avid film critic who reviews Z-graded films that are mostly of the horror and martial arts types. Her style and approach is similar to The Cinema Snob. However she is more inclined to watch silly action movies that have a twisted fascination. Her first review was in 2009 and gained some recognition on their forums, under her previous username Obscurus Lupa. In 2010, she joined Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome Family. She continued to be a part of the site from January until the beginning of 2015 after which Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed into Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts via her channel both covering the Charmed series and co-hosted together with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. The show can be seen here and here. Her Twitter account, Tumblr page and Facebook account are also home to videos. Allison is a bit much for you? Ninja the Mission Force is where you can catch her performing the Squats in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! She appeared as well. The role of a guest in Midnight Screenings is a regular occasion. The program reviews grotesque movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. It also occasionally features adult humor. She started reviewing films at the end of 2009 and gained recognition through the Channel Awesome forums before officially being a part of the reviewers of the channel's family. She has been on countless Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as and Phelous & the Movies. She was part Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
